I haven't hought about them yet... they aren't actually named, but are clearly identifiable. I'll get back to you.
I don't count them, no - they don't normally form part of the plot
Just have a go at making the character pages really - have you done much Wiki editing before? If not, maybe just compile the stats like we talked about before?
The characters mainly - I hadn't thought to do arc summaries yet, partly as I'll need to check exactly where they all start / end. The character pages are all set up and should be editable by a registered user. I may just need to unlock John...
The initial bit I'm thinking of is.... 1319 to 1390 I think. Basically, there's a lot of characters introduced it that section, so having someone run through it'd be really useful.
Well, we can always go with the numbers you have and refine them as we go. I almost used heads, but sometimes when the characters hug etc it gets tricky.
Students sounds good, that'd account for Jessie's friends... Kayla we'll leave as a named character I think, in case. I added her, Prof and Officer RB earlier - forgot about them when I set up.
Don't worry on Discord - I know a lot of Jackie's fans do, so wanted to check.
How'd you feel about maybe having a crack at the Furry arc at some point? There's a lot of new characters in there... once I've got Reggie set up this week it should be possible to do that one easily enough out-of-sequence?
Think I've replied over on the talk page, but a great extra question here.
My convention thus far is part of the character must be visible for them to count - 'appearance' in the literal sense. Usually, a character voiced from off-screen appears in a strip either side, so the overall 'flow' of the stats feels right. I could try and use footnotes to mark exceptions, but would worry it'd make things too complex for a reader to glance over.
Your spreadsheet raises another interesting issue with 'former' characters, which I refer to as flashbacks - I'd been planning to count young Nina (for example) simply as Nina - otherwise, the table gets (very) large. That one may yet be one where we could use 88*, with * denoting at least one appearance in flashback during the block. Something to think about!
(The same logic is why I group Customers, the Things and a few others, especially the in-game appearances)
Ping me your Discord ID sometime and we can chat there sometime maybe :)
